  11. Welcome to PopChar Pro!

To install the PopChar Pro package, simply double-click the PopChar Pro Installer and follow the instructions. When the installation is complete, you will need to restart your Macintosh to use PopChar Pro if you installed PopChar Pro for the first time. When you install a new version over an older one, you may be able to use the new version immediately without needing to restart. The installer will tell you if that is the case.

If you do not yet have a serial number, the Installer will install a demo version of PopChar Pro. The demo version is not crippled in any way; it just expires in about three weeks after the installation. That should be enough to get an impression of PopChar Pro and to order your serial number.

  17. When the installation was successful, store the Installer in a safe place; you will need it again when you receive your serial number or when you need to reinstall PopChar Pro in case of a new system installation.

Um PopChar Pro zu installieren, starten Sie den PopChar Pro Installer und befolgen Sie die Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm. Nach der Installation müssen Sie bei der erstmaligen Installation Ihren Macintosh neu starten, um PopChar Pro benutzen zu können. Wenn Sie eine neuere Version über eine gerade aktive Version installieren, können Sie evtl. sofort (d.h., ohne einen Neustart) mit der neuen Version weiterarbeiten. Sie werden nach erfolgreicher Installation darauf hingewiesen.

Wenn Sie noch keine Seriennummer haben, erzeugt der Installer eine Probeversion von PopChar Pro. Diese Probeversion ist nicht in ihrer Funktion eingeschränkt, sie läuft allerdings nach drei Wochen ab. Das sollte reichen, um einen Eindruck von PopChar Pro zu bekommen und eine Seriennummer zu bestellen.

  56. Auch nach einer erfolgreichen Installation sollten Sie den Installer aufbewahren. Sie brauchen ihn später wieder, wenn Sie Ihre Seriennummer bekommen oder PopChar Pro nach einer neuen Systeminstallation nochmals installieren müssen.
